Terms of Service (ToS) for Craveo
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Craveo, operated by Craveo Labs Private Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
- Users may connect their accounts from third-party online delivery platforms/apps to Craveo.
- Users will receive an OTP for authentication purposes during the account connection process.
- Craveo stores credential data in an encrypted manner to ensure the security of user information.
- In the event that the users phone number is not registered with the selected third-party online food delivery platform, Craveo is authorized to automatically create an account on that platform using the provided phone number for a seamless user experience.
3. Account Usage and Permissions
- Users explicitly consent to Craveo accessing and using their OTP for account authentication.
- Craveo may access and use user addresses, past orders, and profile coupons for enhancing suggestions and providing a better user experience.
- Craveo requests certain user permissions to facilitate cart sharing through the Craveo bubble. Screen content is accessed solely upon user interaction, and data is only sent to the backend for processing if it is detected as a cart page; otherwise, the screen data is discarded.
- Craveo may, when requested, create user accounts on third-party platforms for the purpose of integrating and accessing services on behalf of the user.
4. Third-Party Platforms Integration
- Craveo may integrate with multiple third-party online food delivery platforms based on user preferences.
- User-connected accounts will be displayed in their Discovery Feed and Comparison Page.
- In the case where a selected address is not available on any integrated (by the user) third-party platform, Craveo reserves the right to copy that address to the users profile on the selected platform for a more comprehensive user experience.
5. Pricing Disclaimer
- Users acknowledge that final prices displayed on Craveo may not always be accurate due to dynamic pricing by third-party companies.
- Craveo disclaims responsibility for any errors in pricing and encourages users to verify prices directly on the respective third-party platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Craveo is not liable for any discrepancies in prices, errors, or inaccuracies arising from third-party platform data.
- Users use Craveo at their own risk and agree not to hold Craveo responsible for any issues related to third-party platforms.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
Craveo Labs Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
